Responsibilities :
3D Modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering and post-production
Animation - Fly Through - Walk Through and video editing
Create beautiful photorealistic imagery
Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise construction projects
Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients
Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible

Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Civil / Architecture / Interior Designing
Ability to comprehend and design Architectural Details
Excellent rendering skills
Ability to interpret Architectural Design properly
Proficient in 3D visuals, AutoCAD and Photoshop in reviewing 2D and 3D designs
Solid knowledge of specialized software (3D Max Studio, Lumion, Adobe suit, SketchUp etc.)
AutoCAD/Revit knowledge (would be a big plus)
Client focus and strong communication skills; Great interpersonal skills (team work, supportive attitude, eager to learn, proactivity) and creativity;
Qualified approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
