Your work profile
Senior Manager for SAP ABAP & Fiori will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP technical delivery across S/4HANA and ECC landscapes, with a solid focus on ABAP development, SAP Fiori/UI5 applications, and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management to drive high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
This role is expected to lead large-scale SAP programs, oversee technical design and governance, and mentor multi-location teams while ensuring adherence to Deloitte quality, SLA, and delivery standards.
Key Skills Required
Lead SAP ABAP and Fiori/UI5 development across implementation, rollout, and AMS engagements.




Architect and deliver scalable solutions leveraging ABAP, CDS, OData, RAP, and SAP Gateway.
Oversee development of custom Fiori applications and enhancements to standard SAP apps.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, coding standards, and SDLC governance.
Translate business requirements into technical design covering RICEFW objects and Fiori applications.
Drive design of integration solutions using OData, RFC, BAPI, IDoc, and APIs.
Define architecture for UI5, Launchpad, and cross-system integrations.
Own delivery for SAP technical streams across projects (onshore/offshore).
Ensure SLA adherence, delivery timelines, and quality assurance.
Perform impact analysis, estimation, and risk mitigation for technical deliverables.
Participate in release management, CAB governance, and production deployments.
Engage with business and functional stakeholders to align on technical strategy.
