1. Robust Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration with hands-on experience with VCN, IPsec, LBaaS, DBCS, Compute.
2. At least 3 years of experience in supporting OCI environment.
3. Experience in Linux Administration
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1 Maintain Identity and Access management in OCI ( Policies, groups, users etc)
2 Network maintenance (VCN, IPSEC, mSecurity Lists, routing, Load Balancers) monitoring and troubleshooting
3 Maintain OCI compute instances (Windows/Linux), storage ( block/FSS)
4 Ensure system security and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
5 Monitor and create service requests with Oracle Support as required.
6 Develop and maintain system documentation, including system architecture diagrams, procedures, and policies.
7 Provide offshore point of Escalation for Customer for any OCI related issues.
