Responsibility

1Network technician who supports store network infrastructure for retail customer across globe.
2 Experience in Configuring and troubleshooting router, switch, firewall, access point and Data center network devices
3 Good Knowledge and Hands on Experience on routing and switching
4 Experience in any (Cisco, Aruba) Wireless Access point and Wireless LAN controller, Site Survey
5 Experience in IP Address Management tools like Infoblox, DNS
6 Troubleshooting Wi-Fi related issues (added advantage- Knowledge on wireless cloud infrastructure)
7 Experience in monitoring tools like HP NNMI, Cisco Prime, Catalyst Center (DNAC) Cacti etc
8 Handling Authentication servers. AAA, Radius, Tacacs
9 Handling experience in ClearPass and Cisco ISE
10 Experience in Zscaler and Cisco FTD /FMC Firewall is added advantage
11 Valuable understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
12 Interested to work on 24/7 Operational support
