We are looking for an experienced 7+ Flutter developer with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in the banking/financial services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter
Collaborate with product, backend, QA, and UX teams
Implement secure coding practices for banking/financial applications
Integrate REST APIs and manage app state efficiently
Ensure performance optimization, stability, and scalability
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
Work closely with stakeholders and communicate progress effectively

Mandatory Skills
Robust expertise in Flutter & Dart




Experience building banking / financial applications
Solid understanding of mobile security (encryption, secure storage, authentication)
State management: Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX
REST API integration & JSON handling
Strong knowledge of Android & iOS app lifecycle
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication & collaboration skills

Good to Have
Experience with payment gateways, KYC, and digital wallets
Knowledge of Flutter Web or desktop apps
Firebase, monitoring, and crash analytics
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
