We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with 7–11 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Java development, Oracle databases, and financial application development, with the ability to build secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions. This role requires an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and contributes to the architecture and continuous improvement of mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Java-based enterprise applications for BFSI products and services.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.




Develop secure, scalable, and high-performing backend services while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement effective solutions for system stability.
Design and optimize Oracle database schemas, queries, stored procedures, and data access layers.
Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions to improve software quality.
Ensure adherence to secure coding practices, regulatory requirements, and software development standards applicable to financial systems.
Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance and promoting engineering best practices.
Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to support testing, deployment, and production releases.
