Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sr. Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager (ASM).



The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with hospitals and healthcare institutions, promoting the company’s portfolio of hospital infrastructure, operating room equipment, and sterilization solutions. The Sr. Sales Executive / ASM will manage the sales cycle from lead generation and product demonstrations to negotiation and closure, while maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and distributors. The role includes coordinating with internal technical and service teams to address client requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and ensuring timely delivery and post-sales support. The position also requires regular market visits, competitor tracking, sales reporting, and achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory.
