As we scale, we're building out a lean, high-output marketing team — and looking for a Content Creator who can help us tell our story across every platform players spend time on.

About the Role
We're looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes social media — someone who understands not just how to make content look good, but how to make it perform. You'll be responsible for producing content that fuels both our paid advertising campaigns and our organic/community presence, working closely with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life visually.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and produce short-form video, static creatives, and graphics for use in paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, X, etc.) and organic posts
Develop platform-native content tailored to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook,



and X — understanding what works differently on each
Translate campaign briefs and offer mechanics into clear, engaging, conversion-focused creative
Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, memes, and sounds, and adapt them quickly for brand use
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align content with ongoing promotions, offers, and campaigns
A/B test creative variations to identify high-performing formats and messaging
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content
Manage a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets for scheduled campaigns
Repurpose and adapt high-performing content across multiple formats and channels

Requirements
2-3 years of experience creating content for social media platforms, with a portfolio/reel demonstrating range
Proven experience creating content specifically used in paid advertising (not just organic/lifestyle conten
