100+ new styles every month. Women's ethnicwear. And a merchandising department waiting for a leader to build it their way.
Indicut is a fast-growing women's ethnicwear (kurti) manufacturing company in Surat, supplying corporate and wholesale buyers across India. We're transforming a traditional factory into a system-driven, professionally managed operation — and merchandising is the engine of that transformation.

You'll own the complete material journey — from sample approval to floor-ready — and lead our merchandising team across fabric, embroidery and production merchandising.
→ Material planning & fabric sourcing for 100+ styles/month
→ Value-addition management — embroidery, printing, dyeing job work
→ Style-wise TNA and on-time material feeding to the production floor
→ Garment costing and margin control
→ Building the team, trackers and data systems that run the department
You report directly to ownership. Decisions in days, not committees.

→ 6–8 years in apparel merchandising, factory-side (manufacturer) experience essential
→ High-SKU womenswear background — ethnicwear / kurtis / domestic fast fashion preferred
→ Strong on costing, consumption, TNA and value-addition processes
→ Comfortable building and running trackers, MIS and Excel/Sheets-based systems
→ Ready to step into your first leadership seat — with real authority to build
