Key Responsibilities:
Support goal setting, performance review cycles, and promotion governance
Manage dashboards, eligibility checks, and management reporting
Ensure process compliance, accuracy, and employee query resolution
Support system readiness, implementation, change management, SOPs, and executive/board documentation
Preferred Skills
Strong MS Office skills
Positive communication and stakeholder management
SAP SuccessFactors experience (preferred)

Experience: 1–3 years (Performance Management background preferred)
