About the Role:

This is a unique prospect to work directly with the CHRO and help shape the future of the People organization. As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CHRO, driving enterprise-wide talent, culture, leadership, and AI transformation initiatives.
This role goes beyond coordination—it is about turning strategy into execution. You will lead high-impact cross-functional programs, accelerate AI adoption across HR, build scalable operating rhythms, and partner with business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

What you will do:

Strategic Partner to the CHRO:
Partner with the CHRO on strategic priorities, annual roadmaps, and long-term People transformation initiatives.
Drive execution of enterprise HR priorities across Talent, Culture, Learning, Leadership, Rewards, Employee Experience, and Organizational Effectiveness.
Prepare executive presentations, board updates, leadership reviews, and strategic narratives.
Track key priorities, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.

Talent Strategy & Transformation:
Drive enterprise Talent Management initiatives including:
Talent Reviews
Succession Planning
Leadership Development
High-Potential Programs
Career Architecture
Internal Mobility
Skills Transformation
Partner with HRBPs and COEs to improve
