Role & Responsibilities

Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams across backend, frontend, and DevOps, ensuring delivery of production-grade features on time and at scale.
Define architectural vision and technical strategy aligned with product roadmap—balancing innovation, scalability, and operational resilience.
Set engineering excellence benchmarks: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, performance monitoring, and incident response protocols.
Mentor tech leads and senior engineers; foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and constructive feedback.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, and QA to prioritize backlog, scope features, and reduce technical debt without compromising velocity.




Partner with CTO to drive hiring, retention, and career development—building a diverse, high-velocity, and mission-driven engineering org.
