Data Tester (Python, ETL Testing & SQL)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Data Tester with strong expertise in Python, ETL Testing, SQL, and Test Data Management (TDM) to drive quality assurance across enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data validation, test data management, data masking, synthetic data generation, and database testing.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute ETL and database testing strategies to ensure data quality and integrity.
Develop and maintain Python-based test scripts and automation solutions.
Lead Test Data Management (TDM) initiatives, including Data Masking, Data Subsetting, and Synthetic Data Generation.
Work with TDM tools such as Delphix, Informatica TDM, CA TDM, or GenRocket.
Perform data profiling,



sensitive data identification, and test data provisioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define TDM strategies and implementation plans.
Validate data accuracy across databases including Oracle, DB2, Teradata, MongoDB, and IMS DB.
Provide technical guidance on TDM tools, processes, and best practices.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of TDM solutions.
