ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Executive – Business Development (Alternative Accommodation), you will be the primary growth driver for Cleartrip's AA supply in your assigned territory. You will identify, pitch, negotiate, and onboard alternative accommodation properties — and ensure they are live, competitive, and performing on the platform. This is a high-ownership, target-driven role for someone who loves the field, thrives on closing, and is passionate about India's emerging AA space.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supply Acquisition
● Identify and prospect homestays, villas, B&Bs;,



serviced apartments, and farmhouses in assigned territory
● Generate leads via field visits, market mapping, referrals, and digital research ● Pitch Cleartrip's value proposition to property owners and close partnership agreements ● Negotiate contract terms including commission rates, content standards, and pricing parity
Onboarding & Go-Live
● Own end-to-end onboarding — documentation, content (photos, descriptions, amenities), and platform listing
● Ensure pricing is competitive and inventory is available from day one
● Coordinate with internal category and tech teams for smooth partner activation
Partner Relationship Management
● Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarded AA partners in the territory ● Conduct regular partner check-ins to maintain content quality, availability, and competitiveness ● Resolve partner issues in coordination with operations and customer experience tea
