Roles and Responsibilities
Define, own and communicate the product vision, roadmap and delivered capabilities through compelling presentations.
Benchmark the TCS iON Digital Assessment platform against industry and global competitors to identify differentiation opportunities.
Analyse market, customer and capability gaps, translating insights into product initiatives.
Understand customer needs and design scalable, reusable product solutions, not one‑off implementations.
Build and articulate clear USPs for Indian and internationalmarkets.
Define, prioritise and track delivery of roadmap commitments in collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.
Lead customer and leadership presentations on key product capabilities and value propositions.
Partner with engineering and QA teams to support UAT and ensure releasequality.
Review product UX/UI and recommend usability and experience improvements.
