Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and proactive HR Generalist to manage end-to-end Human Resource functions, including Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, Payroll Coordination, Attendance Management, Employee Engagement, and Compliance. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day HR activities while ensuring a seamless employee experience and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Screen and shortlist candidate resumes.
Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate salary discussions and support the offer rollout process.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding and induction.
Prepare and maintain employee documentation, including appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, warning letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.




Maintain employee records in physical and digital formats.
Coordinate employee background verification.
Ensure accurate maintenance of HR files and employee databases.
Attendance & Payroll Coordination
Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and regularization requests.
Verify attendance, overtime, and leave data before payroll processing.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance/Payroll team.
Resolve employee queries related to attendance and payroll.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Organize employee engagement activities and celebrations.
Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
Support employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Performance Management
Coordinate probation reviews and employee confirmations.
Support the performance appraisal process.
Maintain performance records and follow-up with reporting managers.
Exit Management
Manage resignation for
