Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who brings our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling. You will concept, design, edit, and deliver engaging graphic content that informs, inspires, and builds trust with our global audience. This role suits someone who thrives in a quick-paced startup, enjoys crafting visual narratives, and is excited to shape a young, mission-driven brand.

What you’ll do

Convert creative briefs into polished social-first visuals (static posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, banners).
Design platform-specific assets to the required specs and optimize for engagement and readability.




Maintain brand consistency across campaigns—typography, color, composition, and layout.
Produce reusable templates and variations for A/B testing and rapid publishing.
Use AI design tools and written prompts to prototype concepts and speed up asset creation.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and video teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and deliver on tight deadlines.

Must-have (skills & Experience)

Portfolio showing social media creatives across multiple formats and platforms.
Robust foundation in typography, color theory, composition, layout, and brand identity.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and working knowledge of Figma (or equivalent).
Practical experience using AI design tools and writing prompts to generate and refine visuals.
