Job Description
We are hiring a Regional Construction Manager – BOP for a leading Indian multinational organization. The role is responsible for leading regional construction activities for industrial boiler projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality execution of Balance of Plant (BOP) systems while managing site teams and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction activities for Process Boilers, Thermal Oil Heaters (TOH), and Fuel Handling Systems (FHS) across the assigned region.
Ensure timely availability of construction materials as per the project schedule.
Monitor project progress, site execution, productivity, quality, safety, and cost adherence.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, and Site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Drive standardization of construction methodologies, SOPs, and best practices across project sites.




Ensure compliance with IBR regulations, statutory requirements, EHS standards, and company safety policies.
Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and safety reviews while implementing corrective actions.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site manpower to achieve project milestones.
Monitor project risks, prepare progress reports, and proactively resolve execution challenges.
Lead, mentor, and develop regional construction teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
