Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technology Associate-Microsoft to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in patching processes, specifically Microsoft patching, server patching, end-user patching, and desktop patching. The Technology Associate-Microsoft will also be familiar with DHCP, quality assurance, Windows patching, SCCM, and Windows update logs.

Roles And Responsibilities

Deploy and manage patches for end-user systems to ensure compliance and security.
Plan, schedule, and execute patch deployments for various server environments with minimal downtime.
Maintain system integrity and security by following industry-standard patching methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Support change management procedures and protocols, including documentation, impact assessment, and approvals.
Collaborate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams during patching cycles.




Troubleshoot Windows issues as needed.

Requirements

Job Requirements

Robust communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
Minimum 3 years of experience in user computer patching.
Minimum 3 years of experience in server patching.
Knowledge of patching processes and best practices.
Experience in change management.
Team coordination skills.
Windows issues troubleshooting.

Plus Skills

Experience with DHCP.
Quality assurance background.
Familiarity with SCCM.
Proficiency in analyzing Windows update logs.
