Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team . The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our Battery Sales and AMC collection . With a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the UPS industry, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. Your primary focus will be on AMC and battery sales, utilizing your skills in market mapping and customer handling to excel in this position.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of field engineers providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, ensuring our products and services remain competitive.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to enhance our battery sales offerings.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the UPS industry, with a strong focus on AMC and battery sales.
Diploma or graduation in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or business administration.
