Role Overview

We are seeking a Brand Planner with 2–4 years of experience in branding-focused media and campaign planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, hands-on experience in campaign execution, and the ability to manage client relationships while leading a small team. This role requires expertise in digital branding platforms, audience planning, and storytelling to create impactful brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute branding strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
Create comprehensive media and campaign plans across digital platforms.
Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance monitoring.
Recommend the right audience profiles, targeting strategies, and media mix based on client requirements.




Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Build compelling campaign narratives and presentations that effectively communicate strategy and recommendations.
Manage and mentor a team of 4–8 members, ensuring high-quality execution and professional development.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and regular performance updates.
Work closely with third-party publishers and partners to identify branding opportunities and optimize campaign outcomes.
Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for future planning and optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in branding, media planning, or digital brand strategy roles.
Robust experience in brand campaign planning and execution.
Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform, including DV360, and Meta advertising platforms.
