Position: Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition

Role Summary
We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and hiring top talent across business functions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and adherence to hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.




Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and role expectations.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
Negotiate compensation within approved guidelines and facilitate offer rollouts.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Drive employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities when required.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring standards.
Support onboarding and recruitment-related documentation.
