Lead workplace strategy and corporate real estate consulting assignments for occupier clients.
Advise clients on workplace transformation, portfolio optimization, occupancy planning, and hybrid workplace strategies.
Conduct workplace assessments, utilization studies, and benchmarking exercises.
Build financial models and business cases supporting workplace transformation initiatives.
Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and senior leadership.
Stay informed on global workplace trends, technology, ESG, and Future of Work practices.
Account Management
Serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic occupier accounts.
Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, growth plans, and workplace strategies.
Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling of advisory and transaction services.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients and proactively identify emerging requirements.




Business Development
Identify and develop new consulting and advisory opportunities.
Generate recent business through proactive networking and relationship building.
Develop strategic client engagement plans.
Collaborate with transaction, research, project management, and design teams to create integrated client solutions.
Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and networking events.
Contribute to market reports, white papers, and thought leadership initiatives.
Client Pitching & Proposal Management
Lead end-to-end RFP, RFQ, and RFI management.
Prepare compelling consulting proposals, presentations, and commercial submissions.
Develop consulting methodologies and value propositions tailored to client requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
8–15 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Consulting, Occupier Advisory, Leasing Advisory, or Strategic Consulting.
