What You'll Do :
- Take full, end-to-end ownership of a business-critical mandate - not a slice of it, not a support role on it - with full accountability for the outcome
- Set the strategy for your area yourself, in close partnership with senior leadership, rather than executing someone else's plan
- Build and lead the cross functional muscle needed to get there - pulling in Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience as the problem demands, often without formal authority over those teams
- Use AI as a default part of how you work - for research, analysis, drafting, decision-support and speed. Build AI-driven workflows, automations, and tools to solve problems and remove manual work wherever it makes sense, not just use AI as a personal productivity aid
