Title: Senior Executive – IT Procurement

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement skilled with strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, BOM optimization, global sourcing, Presale’s coordination, and vendor management.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT procurement for hardware, software, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
Work closely with Presales and Technical teams to review, validate, and optimize Bill of Materials (BOM).
Procure servers, storage, networking equipment, laptops, desktops, software licenses, and SaaS subscriptions.
Manage global sourcing and procurement, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate commercial terms.
Execute end-to-end RFQ, RFP, and RFI processes, including bid analysis and vendor selection.
Conduct spend analysis and cost optimization to identify consolidation and cost-saving opportunities.
Develop tactical sourcing and negotiation strategies based on project and business requirements.
Demonstrate strong logical reasoning,



analytical thinking, issue resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines and ensure faster procurement turnaround.
Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts in line with organizational standards and policies.
Negotiate rate contracts, licensing agreements, pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, vendors, and technology partners.
Demonstrate a hands-on, proactive, hardworking, and result-oriented approach with strong IT infrastructure knowledge.
