Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Monitoring
Monitor and supervise execution of civil, structural repair, rehabilitation, and construction projects.
Ensure project activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Conduct site visits as required and provide progress updates to the CEO.
Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Facilitate smooth communication between project sites and the CEO’s office.
Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Follow up on pending actions and maintain accountability across teams.
Planning & Reporting
Prepare project status reports, MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
Monitor project schedules, resource deployment, material availability, and productivity.
Assist in project planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Maintain records of project progress,



site observations, and management decisions.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
Review technical documents, drawings, BOQs, and project-related correspondence.
Support implementation of corrective and preventive measures at project sites.
Strategic Support to CEO
Provide technical and operational support to the CEO on key projects.
Assist in evaluating project performance and operational efficiency.
Participate in client meetings, project review meetings, and management discussions.
Handle special assignments and strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Required Skills
Solid understanding of civil construction and project execution.
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and project updates.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, a
