Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of software development principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering robust and scalable applications. The Senior Software Engineer will play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, leading technical projects, and contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software modules and applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.




Conduct thorough code reviews for peers and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural guidelines.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software defects and production issues in a timely manner.
Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of our technology stack and system design.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for software designs, APIs, and processes.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and practices to improve development efficiency and product quality.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines, development processes, and testing strategies.
