To drive business growth, develop new customers, manage key accounts, and strengthen the Home Care and I&I; specialty chemicals portfolio across India. The role requires strong technical understanding, consultative selling capability, supplier/principal development orientation, and the ability to convert customer requirements into value-added chemical solutions.

1. Business Development & Sales
Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets for the Home Care and I&I; specialty chemicals portfolio.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across detergent, cleaning, disinfectant, hygiene, institutional cleaning, and industrial cleaning segments.
Expand market share through strategic customer acquisition, customer mapping, and account development.
Prepare and execute pan-India territory plans, customer development plans, and chance pipelines.
Drive commercialization of specialty ingredients and value-added solutions with existing and new customers.
2. Technical Sales & Customer Support
Provide technical consultation to customers on formulation development,



product selection, troubleshooting, and performance enhancement.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, laboratory discussions, and customer training programs.
Support customer product development projects by coordinating samples, technical data, prototypes, trials, and follow-ups.
Work closely with internal application/R&D; teams to address customer requirements and translate technical needs into commercial opportunities.
Maintain strong product knowledge across surfactants, polymers, solvents, preservatives, chelating agents, rheology modifiers, enzymes, and performance additives.
3. Key Account Management
Manage relationships with key accounts, formulators, manufacturers, distributors, and channel partners across India.
Develop strong engagement with customer R&D;, purchase, production, quality, and leadership teams.
