✅ What We’re Looking For
7+ years of hands-on Fullstack Development experience across diverse systems and domains.
A proven track record of solving tough problems — not just writing code, but shipping solutions that matter.
Deep curiosity and a bias for action: You build first, discuss second.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate development, debug, design, and validate.
Strong logical thinking and the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable plans.
Evidence of what you’ve built: open-source projects, hackathons, prototypes, or real-world implementations.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments — you learn quickly, iterate faster, and own outcomes.
