MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* 5 years of experience in program management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
* Ability to design process improvements that are tailored to the needs of a
specific project (rather than knowledge of standard processes).
* Excellent analytical abilities, to communicate across a wide variety of
functions (engineering, product management) and levels.

structural bridge between the centralized Napa team and the horizontal File
Formats (Artus) team to prevent technical silos, manage cross-team dependencies,
and ensure frictionless integration. Exercise solid technical judgment to
translate high-level business requirements and architectural recommendations
into actionable engineering roadmaps; proactively identify and mitigate systemic
risks stemming from platform shifts and infrastructure shortages. You will
