About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale our operations function. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the COO will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, field operations, quality management, vendor ecosystems, support operations, and operational scalability.
This role requires a strategic leader who can build high-performance operational systems, drive execution excellence, improve delivery predictability, and support the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Delivery Excellence
Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, scope, and profitability targets are achieved.
Drive operational efficiency through standardized processes,



governance frameworks, and delivery playbooks.
Establish and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with industry standards.
Improve delivery predictability, project execution, and customer satisfaction.
Operational Scale & Process Transformation
Build scalable delivery frameworks that support growth across industries and geographies.
Drive operational discipline, implementation readiness, and execution consistency.
Develop systems and processes that enable repeatable and effective deployments.
Vendor & Service Operations Management
Lead vendor performance management across quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
Drive field operations, deployment quality, and service excellence.
Establish and monitor SLAs to ensure rapid issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
