The Program Manager - Electrician Loyalty leads the national scale-up of Signify’s electrician ecosystem by driving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and commercial impact of the Saathi loyalty program. The role will be responsible for building and managing a scalable operating model to grow the electrician base from 28,000 to 1,00,000+ while improving active participation and category adoption.

Program Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute the national roadmap for scaling the Saathi program.
Drive enrolment, activation and engagement strategies across India.
Define annual and quarterly growth targets.
Program Governance
Establish operating rhythms, reviews and governance mechanisms.
Monitor program health across regions.
Drive standardization of processes and controls.

Data & Analytics
Drive RFM segmentation and electrician lifecycle management.
Analyze enrollment, activation, scan frequency and retention trends.
Identify growth opportunities and intervention areas.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance and Loyalty teams.
Engage with regional sales leadership to drive adoption.
Vendor & Budget Management
Manage external agencies, technology partners and service providers.
