Role : Telecom Domain Expert (Consultant)

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced telecom domain expert to provide deep network and operations knowledge on a consulting basis, supporting an active customer engagement. The expert will work alongside the delivery team, bring telecom-specific subject matter expertise the team currently lacks, and represent that expertise directly in customer-facing meetings. Availability to join scheduled customer meetings is essential.
Key Responsibilities




Advise the delivery team on telecom network architecture, operations, and data, translating customer requirements into technically sound solution approaches.
Join customer meetings as the domain authority, articulating network concepts credibly to senior telecom stakeholders.
Validate solution designs, data interpretations, and metrics against real-world telecom network behaviour.
Bridge the gap between AI/ML and engineering teams and telecom operations terminology, ensuring correct use of network counters, KPIs, and fault concepts.
Provide guidance on RAN, core, and OSS/BSS data sources relevant to the engagement.
Support solution quality reviews, including the suitability of detection, root cause analysis, and recommendation approaches.
Required Skills & Experience
15+ years in telecom, with hands-on exposure to mobile network operations (2G / 3G / 4G / 5G).
