We are hiring for Marketing Operations Executive

Job Summary:
The Marketing Operations Executive is responsible for executing marketing initiatives across digital, retail, content, product launches, and campaigns. The role ensures timely project delivery, seamless cross-functional coordination, and efficient day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, data-driven, and skilled at managing multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management
Plan and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Coordinate with design, content, social media, e-commerce, and sales teams.
Track campaign performance and ensure brand consistency.
Marketing Operations
Manage marketing calendars, project trackers, and dashboards.
Monitor timelines, conduct review meetings, and resolve execution bottlenecks.
Digital & E-commerce
Coordinate website updates, landing pages, email campaigns, and paid marketing activities.
Manage product listings and promotional content across Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Meesho, and D2C platforms.
Agency & Stakeholder Coordination




Work with creative agencies, freelancers, and internal teams.
Track deliverables, review outputs, and manage vendor coordination.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare marketing reports and dashboards.
Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
Process Improvement
Develop SOPs, standardize documentation, and improve workflows using automation and AI tools.

Technical Skills:
Marketing campaign and project management
Marketing analytics and reporting
MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace
Google Analytics (preferred)
CRM and marketing automation tools
AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
Project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com)
