Job Title: Shopfloor H&E; Maintenance support
Experience range: 5+ years in hardware/electronics maintenance in a manufacturing
Must have;
Solid knowledge of electronic circuits, sensors, actuators, and PLC systems.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, thermal camera).
Experience with IoT platforms
Architecture and communications networks, hardware components, routers, switches, firewalls, SMF and MMF fibre optic access media, UTP cabling, standards
Installation, support and repair of IT equipment.
High-level industrial programming languages (ladder diagrams, block diagrams) and low-level languages (instruction lists, structured text)
Modbus, Profibus, ProfNet, Fieldbus and Ethernet industrial communications protocols. Network management,



PRP and HSR redundant industrial communication protocols.
OPC client/server architecture, objects and interfaces, OPC DA data access. Alarm and event management, OPC AE. Historical data access, OPC HDA. Data exchange, OPC DX. Unified architecture, OPC UA. Security.
Knowledge of Scada, Mes, Scada/HMI systems.
Numerical control (Siemens, Fanuc, etc.) Industrial PCs, memory, hard drives, motherboards, barcode readers, magnetic readers, etc.
Use of Siemens applications (TIA Portal, WinCC, Step7, etc.).
The service will provide support to users and ticket resolution.
