Role Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical Product Associate to drive data-informed, AI-accelerated product development and strategy within the Product & Content Strategy function. In this role, you will combine market research, competitive intelligence, and generative AI workflows to optimise ISB Executive Education’s products, platforms, and programme offerings, ensuring tight alignment with institutional objectives.

You will act as the connective tissue between learner needs, market signals,



and ISB’s academic and commercial goals — translating insight into action at speed. The role is hands-on and research-heavy, combining rigorous analysis with fluent use of AI tools to scale the function’s research and synthesis capacity.

Key Responsibilities
User and Market Research
• Design and run surveys, focus groups, and interviews with prospective students, alumni, and faculty.
• Apply AI-driven sentiment analysis and natural language processing (NLP) to efficiently surface thematic insights from qualitative feedback.
• Apply contemporary data-collection methodologies, including AI-assisted A/B testing, user polling, and behavioural analysis.
Data Analysis and Strategy
• Synthesise qualitative and quantitative data with the help of LLMs and AI data-analysis tools.
• Translate findings into precise product requirements, strategic reports, and executive ready presentations.
