Overview:

We seek a motivated and analytical Strategy Associate - International to join our energetic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and strategic initiatives that shape the future of our organisation.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of strategic initiatives from inception to execution, collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to ensure successful implementation and achievement of objectives.
Utilise SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets, enabling a deeper understanding and interpretation of key business metrics.
Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, competitor landscapes, and internal performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
Analyse user behaviour, engagement metrics, and business performance across multiple geographies to drive scalable growth initiatives.
Work closely with product, growth, and operations teams to localise strategies and optimise product-market fit in international markets.
Evaluate international market trends, consumer preferences,



and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
Tier 1 institution ( preferably IIT, BITS, and IIM)
Experience working on growth, expansion, or strategic initiatives for consumer internet, social, gaming, marketplace, or tech products is highly preferred.
Demonstrated exposure to scaling products, businesses, or growth initiatives across international markets.
Experience with rapid experimentation and iterating based on results to drive continuous improvement.
Strong ability to generate strategy-driving insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build cross-functional alignment and foster collaboration.
