About Role:

The Learning & Development Executive will be responsible for designing, implementing,



and managing the organization's end-to-end Learning & Development function for a workforce of approximately 250 employees. The role will focus on building a continuous learning culture by addressing technical capability development, professional and leadership skills, onboarding, compliance training, and strategic talent development initiatives.
The incumbent will work closely with business leaders, delivery managers, and HR to identify capability gaps, design learning interventions, and ensure employees are equipped with the skills required to meet current and future business needs.

Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the annual Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across business units.
Create competency-based learning roadmaps for technical and non-technical roles.
Establish learning calendars and annual training
