Preparation and execution of Fabrication shop monthly plan
To monitor work progress by PDCA method and finalize the job handover dates to machine shop/assembly shop
Measure and record LE & OE and TQM parameters and plan to achieve the parameters
To ensure no waiting time by availability of shop resources: tooling, fixtures, measurement instruments, machines
To ensure effective implementation of IMS management systems
Doing the development of apprentices in basic shop skills like grinding, fit up, welding
Doing the Skill development in fabrication process: Drawing understanding, welding, PWHT
To achieve the EHS objective by controlling unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and periodic reviews of HIRA.
Achieving the target of Safety by enhancing 5S score and SPI- Safety Performance Index at shop floor & office.
