We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate with skills in Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR processes within Workday and a strong understanding of human capital management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday HCM modules.
Support HR operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and provide Workday solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM.
Provide training and support to end-users on Workday HCM processes and functionalities.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills:




6+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
Proficiency in HR reporting and data analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Robust communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
