About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Packaging Procurement Manager to lead the packaging function across our portfolio of beauty and personal care brands. This role will be responsible for driving packaging innovation, strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, cost optimization, sustainability initiatives, and packaging commercialization for new product launches. The incumbent will work closely with Product Development, Marketing,



Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and Design teams to build scalable, consumer-centric packaging solutions that support business growth in a fast-paced D2C/FMCG environment.

What You'll Do
• Lead the end-to-end packaging strategy, development, commercialization, and sourcing across all product categories.
• Drive packaging innovation by identifying recent materials, formats, decoration technologies, sustainable packaging solutions, and global industry trends.
• Build and execute the packaging roadmap aligned with business objectives, product pipeline, and brand strategy.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with packaging suppliers, converters, manufacturers, and technology partners.
• Lead supplier identification, evaluation, negotiations, onboarding, and performance management to ensure quality, innovation, scalability, and commercial competitiveness.
