To expand our capabilities in driving successful ad campaigns for our clients and managing substantial ad spending effectively.
What does the ideal candidate look like?
1+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
Proven experience managing conversion-focused Meta Ads campaigns with significant daily ad budgets.
Strong understanding of campaign scaling,
audience targeting, retargeting, and performance optimization.
Ability to develop high-converting content strategies for paid advertising.
Excellent at identifying and creating ad hooks, ad angles, and winning creative concepts.
Robust market research skills with the ability to analyze competitors and identify trends using platforms like Meta Ad Library, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other research tools.
Experience collaborating with designers and video editors to create high-performing ad creatives.
Good understanding of marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for campaign reporting and analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new strategies and changing market trends.
