Hiring: Senior Manager – Supply Planning & Inventory Management
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Supply Planning & Inventory Management with 14+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP;, and Supply Chain Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead end-to-end supply planning and inventory optimization strategies
✅ Drive S&OP;/IBP processes and cross-functional alignment
✅ Manage capacity planning, replenishment, and supply risk mitigation
✅ Partner with Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Procurement, Marketing, and Logistics teams
✅ Lead planning transformation initiatives using tools such as SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, O9, E2Open, Oracle SCP, or Blue Yonder
✅ Develop and mentor high-performing planning teams while driving operational excellence
Preferred Background:
14+ years in Supply Planning & Inventory Management
Solid experience in FMCG/CPG, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods industries
Expertise in advanced planning systems and analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau)
MBA in Operations/Supply Chain or Engineering preferred
