The company is in a phase of transformation and growth, with a sharp focus on talent, leadership capability, and people excellence.Role Overview:The HRBP Leader will partner closely with senior business leaders to drive the people agenda aligned to business strategy. This role requires deep expertise in business partnering, talent management, workforce planning, and change management within large IT environments.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Business Partnering:- Act as a trusted HR advisor to CXOs, business heads, and senior leaders- Translate business goals into effective people and organizational strategies- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planningTalent & Leadership Management:- Drive talent reviews, performance management, and leadership development- Identify high-potential talent and enable robust succession pipelines- Partner with L&D; on capability building initiativesEmployee Relations & Engagement:- Lead complex employee relations matters with maturity and judgement- Drive engagement, culture,



and retention initiatives across business units- Strengthen manager capability through coaching and HR interventionsChange & Transformation:- Support business transformation, M&A; integrations (if any), and change programs- Enable adoption of new HR policies, systems, and ways of workingGovernance & Compliance- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and internal governance standards- Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, C&B;, L&D;, HR Operations) for seamless deliveryKey Requirements:- 17-22 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure as an HR Business Partner- Strong experience in IT / ITES organizations (mandatory)- Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership and large employee populations- Sound understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and HR governance- Experience handling organizational change and complex stakeholder environments- Solid executive presence, communication, and influencing skillsWhat Were Looking For:- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability- High ownership, business-first mindset- Ability to balance empathy with business outcomes
