Requirement / Skill
Type 6+ years of overall IT experience
Must to have
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration
• Experience in SAP system installation, configuration, and upgrades
• Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver architecture
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA and ECC system administration
• Hands-on experience with system monitoring and performance tuning
• Experience in transport management (TMS)
• Knowledge of SAP kernel upgrades and patches




• Experience in database administration (HANA/Oracle/DB2)
• User administration and role management
• Knowledge of SAP backups, restores, and disaster recovery
• Experience in troubleshooting system issues and root cause analysis
• Understanding of SAP security and compliance concepts
• Experience with OS (Linux/Windows) at system level
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager
Nice to have
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP for SAP hosting)
• Exposure to automation tools and scripting (Shell, Python)
• Experience in SAP Basis on cloud (SAP BTP, RISE with SAP)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes
• Experience in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery setups
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
