Job Summary
candidates must have exposure to technical requirements analysis, planning, configuration management and hands-on technical skills
previous experience on environments management is a must
technical knowledge and experience with most common OS platforms is required (linux/unix/windows)
understanding of complex IT infrastructure landscapes is helpful
knowledge of Temenos Transact and its underlying architecture is an advantage
knowledge on deployment tools such as octopus and gitlab is an advantage
experience with bug tracking and agile task management in Jira is mandatory
experience with HPSM/ServiceNow is an advantage
understanding of most common db-platforms (oracle/mssql) is an advantage.
ITIL certification is a must (Incident resolution, Problem Management etc.)
Ability to produce clear technical documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer within teams
Proficient in English for cross-border collaboration

Key Responsibilities
Monitoring of Environment incl. COB




Incident Resolutioning for simple cases (not to be escalated to another team)
Build / automate of scripts etc. if required
Level 2 or Recognizes core relationships / processes and acts accordingly
Establishes understanding for interfaces
Collaborates in projects identifies basic problems & has ability to solve them independently

Required Delivery Workplace Management Engineer (DEM) with knowledge of T24 (Temenos Transact) delivery, Octopus, GitLab, HPSM and ServiceNow.
