• Learning analog floor planning, layout, place & route
• Working with RC extraction and Static Timing Analysis
• Supporting design‑for‑manufacturing, physical verification, and formal verification
• Performing power and crosstalk analysis




• Checking incoming deliverables (memories, IOs, core libraries, analog IPs)
• Optimizing designs for area, power, speed, and yield
• Working with design‑for‑security features
• Verifying bond diagrams

Your Profile:
You are a student enrolled in Electronics, Telematics, or a related technical field and are:
• Are curious about process technology, physics, and CAD methodologies
• Have solid configuration management skills
• Bring strong technical English skills
• Are motivated to learn how semiconductor design works in real-world environments

Availability:
Full-time for 2–3 months between June and September 2023
The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.100- gross/month for full time equivalent at NXP Austria.
