Job Summary
Nexthink Lead
Experience in Enterprise IT Services, particularly in Digital Employee Experience (DEX), End User Computing (EUC), or Digital Workplace domains.
Background in global, multi-vendor, enterprise-scale environments is preferred.
Candidates with an automation-driven, analytics-focused mindset and a strong customer-first approach will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end administration, support, and optimization of the Nexthink platform and its modules.
Provide advanced L2/L3 support for Nexthink, Conversational Chatbots, Self-Heal, and related DEX tools.
Design and maintain Remote Actions, automation workflows, and self-healing use cases.
Monitor platform health, performance, and integrations with enterprise systems.
Produce analytics-driven dashboards, reports, and insights for stakeholders.
Drive continuous service improvement aligned with DEX and Digital Workplace KPIs.




Engage with global stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.
Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.
Support major incident response, root cause analysis, and service recovery.
Lead or contribute to platform enhancement and rollout projects.

Skill Requirements
Hands-on experience with Nexthink including App Experience, Amplify, Remote Actions, Adopt, and Flow.
Strong knowledge of Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and End User Computing (EUC).
Automation-driven and analytics-focused mindset.
Experience with Windows OS internals, application performance, and endpoint management.
Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
Solid troubleshooting skills across CPU, memory, I/O, network, and application performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Other Requirements
5+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Services, Digital Workplace, EUC, or DEX roles.
Experience working in global, multi-vendor, enterprise-scale environments.
Customer-first, outcome-driven approach.
Preferred certifications: Nexthink Administrator, ITIL, Microsoft, or endpoint management technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
