Job DescriptionCompany Located at Detroj, AhmedabadExperience Minimum 4–5 years of relevant industrial safety experience.Qualification PDIS + BE/ MSc (Chemical, Mechanical Etc.)Role & Responsibility- Ensure compliance with applicable Health, Safety & Setting (HSE) laws, client requirements, and company safety policies.- Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify and eliminate unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.- Implement and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system for high-risk activities.- Carry out HIRA, JSA, Develop SOP, PSM and recommend suitable control measures.- Conduct safety inductions, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, inspection reports, incident reports, and statutory records.- Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with site safety procedures.- Participate in emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and first-response coordination.- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to achieve safety objectives.- Promote a proactive safety culture through regular communication and employee engagement.
