You will handle customerand applicant interactions via phone and email, maintaining a professional and friendlyapproach while upholding the company's values. This role will require problem resolutionsskills, an understanding demeanor, and strong communication skills.What You Will Do- Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email in a timely manner.- Provide accurate information about our products, services,



and statuses.- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.- Assist with basic order entry and log in issues.- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve service quality.- Understand an overview of the various functions within the department.- Keep abreast of changes in the industry, internal policies, and procedures.- Uphold company standards for customer service and maintain a positive brand image.- Maintain FCRA Basic Certification.What You Will Need- Graduation or equivalent qualification- 1 to 2 years in customer service, call center, or related field, with preference oninternational calling experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsMagnit retains the right to change or modify job duties at any time.
